3. Betting Rules & Wagering Conditions

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, so please verify all details before placing a bet. If a match is cancelled or left incomplete, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded. For live betting, bets may not be accepted due to network delays. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, boss 2 reserves the right to void that bet.
4. Fair Use & Prohibited Activities
Misuse of any platform system or software, hacking, or use of unauthorized automated tools is strictly prohibited. Fraudulent behavior or collusion with other users will be treated as a punishable offense. Using funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources is strictly forbidden and may result in legal action. boss 2 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious account at any time and suspend it if necessary. In the event of a violation of these rules, the account balance may be forfeited.
5. Mobile Platform Usage
The boss 2 mobile platform is optimized to run smoothly on all major devices and operating systems in Bangladesh. The same terms and conditions apply when accessing via a mobile browser or app. boss 2 will not be held responsible for any bet or game session affected by loss of internet connectivity. It is recommended to use a secure and private network on mobile devices. Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi.
6. Right to Amend Terms & Conditions
Boss 2 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through the platform in a timely manner. Continued use of the platform after updated terms and conditions have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. 7. Legal Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute or claim will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter will be referred to a competent court for settlement. It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with the local laws of their country when using the boss 2 platform. If any part of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
